12. Arbitraje y renuncia a demandas colectivasArbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Montgomery County, Texas, instead of in court, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class action waiver: you and AMP Services agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or member of any class or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Derecho a excluirse (opt-out): usted puede optar por no quedar sujeto a esta cláusula de arbitraje enviando un aviso por escrito a info@ampservicesus.com dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la primera aceptación de estos Términos. Si se excluye, aplicará la cláusula de tribunales del punto 11.

Right to opt out: you may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to info@ampservicesus.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, the courts clause in Section 11 will apply.

13. Cambios a los términosChanges to the terms
